Infertility is a condition in which you are unable to conceive after a year of trying. Infertility in females can be caused by endometriosis, uterine fibroids, or thyroid problems. Men who have difficulty impregnating their female partners may have a low sperm count or testosterone levels. As you become older, your chances of being infertile increase.

An Overview of the Case :
A 34-year-old woman came to Nisha IVF, one of the famous IVF centre of Ahmedabad, after experiencing infertility for five years. She had endometriosis and low progesterone in the past. Her husband’s sperm motility had been a problem in the past. She had never been pregnant before and was worried.
Multiple medicated cycles with Clomid and letrozole and two earlier IUI cycles were part of her past reproductive treatment. Her endometriosis had been treated with two laparoscopies. Before moving to Ahmedabad, she underwent reproductive treatment in another state.
