Overview
In about 5% to 10% of couples diagnosed with infertility, there is no apparent cause for infertility. In a higher percentage of couples, onlya few abnormalities are found that are not serious enough to result in infertility. In such cases, infertility is known as unexplained.
Couples with unexplained infertility can have problems with egg quality, tubal function, or sperm function which are challenging to diagnose and treat. Fertility medicines and IUI have been used in couples with unexplained infertility with success. If no pregnancy occurs within 3 to 6 treatment cycles of IUI,IVF is the best treatment option.

Detailed Description
The patient visited our IVF centre in Ahmedabad. At Nisha IVF, our expert IVF specialist, Dr.Nisarg Patel attended to the patient who was concerned about being unable to conceive. The doctor performed certain tests which included, Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH). After performing these tests, Dr. Nisarg diagnosed the patient with undiagnosed primary infertility with a low AMH of 0.6.
Dr. Nisrag advised the patient to go for IVF treatment with self-gametes. The patient was given ovarian stimulation with Human Menopausal Gonadotrophins (HMG), and IVF Antagonist Protocol was done.
The patient was put on Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) cycle. In the first trial, the patient conceived and became pregnant
